My name is Tara Galeano. I am a licensed professional counselor, certified in marriage and family therapy, and board certified in sexology. I specialize in working with adult individuals, couples, and groups focusing on sex therapy and relational counseling.
Generally speaking, my therapeutic approach involves exploration and understanding of patterns and limitations with the aim of personal transformation and freer, more creative living. I use a variety of techniques and methods drawn from sex therapy, couples therapy, and family systems. I will help you develop strategies to grow as an individual, as a partner within a relationship, and/or as a member of a family or social group. While some issues may be resolved within a few sessions, deep level change often takes time.

Costs of Services
For individuals
50-minute session costs $120
30-minute session costs $75
For couples
90-minute session costs $200
For more intensive treatment, multiple sessions may be scheduled in a block, up to three hours at a time.
For groups
90-minute session costs $40 per person, with the exception of supervision groups.
